Adeolu is an Actor, TV Host, Producer and Content Creator with a drive to impact his generation and the ones to follow for the Kingdom of God.
Adeolu aims to change the face of the entertainment industry and by it, the face of Nigeria, Africa and the world as a whole. One of his biggest goals is to show people that you don’t have to fit yourself into the conventional box in order for you to love God. You don’t have to look a certain way, or talk a certain way to serve God. God relates to all people.
Adeolu moved back to Lagos in 2015, having trained and worked as an actor both in the United Kingdom and the United States. On his return home Adeolu has been afforded the opportunity to work with some of Africa’s biggest names on some of our biggest productions. From Wedding Party 1 & 2 to King of Boys, Skinny Girls in Transit and his lead role in The Eve.
Then he cast his net wider, having been inspired, Adeolu created and produced his very own mens talk show, Shop Talk. As the host, Adeolu begun to have conversations that really hit home, issues ranging from, politics and education, to relationships and parenting. Adeolu got men opening up about things men wouldn’t be expected to talk about, in an unconventional way. His show has gone from the online platform YouTube to Channels Television, airing across Africa and most European countries.
From this Adeolu’s passion for Nigeria was rebirth. A desire to change Nigeria from the inside out, first by dealing with the heart and moral core of it’s people. Adeolu wants to feed hope into the coming generations, help build the leaders of tomorrow, in both the public and the private sector, and create opportunities by which to see them thrive,
Adeolu also convened a conference in October 2018, The Shop Talk Conference, themed, The Church, The State and The People. bringing young Nigerian face to face with their leaders, to both learn and hold accountable. The guest of honour at this, being His Excellency the Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo.
All this while, receiving the call to ministry. The very centre of all Adeolu is and does, is God. Adeolu wants to see the nations come to the loving realisation of who God is, what He has done for them and all He can do.
Adeolu grew up in the church, yes, but intimacy with God didn’t come till much later. Realising there is nothing like a personal encounter with God, Adeolu wants to be a vessel by which God uses to bring people to the intersection of the life changing revelation and experience of Him. Adeolu is an agent of change for the Kingdom of God.
